We Can Help When
Feeling stuck in the same patterns of behaviour, not feeling heard and lost the ability to listen to yourself and more importantly trust your own decisions. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my counselling and this is fundamental for the counselling process to be successful. There are many ways in which we can work together, and hopefully this will help you to develop a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. Helping you with your unhelpful thoughts, patterns and beliefs, which will bring about the change you desire. I will do this offering warmth, empathy and compassion, in a space that is non-judgmental. I will help you find alternative ways to move forward from your present position in a warm, safe and confidential environment free from distraction.
